Sean Kriger launched Bold Estimation in 2020 to meet a growing demand for reliable, scalable construction estimating and preconstruction services. With more than 15 years of experience in real-estate development - including design, financing, development, and leasing - Sean turned his extensive industry knowledge toward solving one of construction’s most common bottlenecks: accurate, timely cost estimation. Under his leadership, Bold Estimation has become one of the largest outsourced estimation firms in the United States - supporting complex projects at scale, and enabling clients to meet tight deadlines with confidence. Sean frames success not just as numbers on a scoreboard, but aligning business decisions around value and long-term relationships.
